Since graduation, we've learned a few things about adulthood, and it's not as easy or as glamorous as it looks on Instagram.  No matter how many flights we're catching.

#PluggedIN gives college students of color the unique opportunity to get real advice about success, careers and life after college.  We've gathered five young professionals, all at different phases of their corporate or entrepreneurial journey, to spill all the tea about what they've learned since graduation.
